Our first objective was to divide the printable zone into
more than one sector, to ascertain whether it would be possible
to place greater attention on some data rather than others.
Now our technology responds to a maximum division of the
printable area into 3 zones which can be divided very flexibly.
Within these 3 sub-areas we can ask the system to pay more
or less attention to the text in each of the 3 zones. While
guaranteeing the minimum effect, we can focus out controls
on the fields that the individual client considers more
"critical". These are:
- variable
data (lot, expiration date or other numbers);
- trade
name of the product.
The
elasticity of the system enables us, in any case, to comply
as closely as possible with the needs of our client in adjusting
the performance of our system. The final goal is definitely
very close. The last efforts in this sense have been made
to combat the effects of refraction and reflection that
the light creates when it encounters a vial or bottle.
