The results are never good enough, and with the staff working towards new goals, they will become more and more ambitious.

The new frontier is 100% control of every single letter in a silkscreen print. The goal has been achieved in part and we think we are very close to finding the final solution. Our new systems will be able to ensure a reading of 100% of all the individual letters and/or trademarks that appear in the print, obviously rejecting all pieces that do not confirm to the requisite parameters.

The next job will be to "compress" these readings and make them available to the client in a compatible format which can hold all the salient information about the lot: number of pieces produced, total rejects in production, reason for every reject, percentage cross-indexed between number and type of flaw as well as the results in percentages of controls of the silkscreen printing. We have always had a constructive cooperation with our clients and this has helped us build a solid base to avoid, reduce or eliminate more or less critical flaws.
