The main goal of our company, like many other companies worldwide, is to comply with the human and social values that we would therefore like to share with our future clients and the public in general.

The family Mezzadri – for ever involved in the development of all types of primary packaging – is looking forward to further develop the company from a social, technical and financial viewpoint.

Our first aim relies in our main line of conduct that has –for ever- been to invest any benefit obtained and profit made to support future technical developments. Following this approach of immediate reinvestment for the last 20 years allowed our company to become as competitive as it is nowadays.

Our second aim is related to the social dimension of our company. In this respect, we support the staff for the key role they play in this joint project. We specifically point out the importance of this social aspect towards third parties; e.g., respect to the persons we are working with/for, including workers, dealers, high-level transparency with the financial institutions, no staff discharge nor restriction also in this time of overall crisis the world currently faces since September 2008. On the contrary, notwithstanding this quite pessimistic period, our staff was constantly (even increasingly) kept occupied.

The work of our staff has always been appreciated and recognised for its high quality; therefore appropriate standard salaries have for ever been allocated to all hierarchical staff levels.

We are a quite small/medium European company. However we are keen to produce all types of packaging for the major pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies worldwide in accordance with fiscal and social standards. Notwithstanding the modest dimension of our family company, we are looking forward producing packaging of high-quality, delivering an optimum service to our consumers bearing in mind a mutual respect for the work of our staff. That’s what we are looking forward for the next 50 years.
